Paola Anti, catering events organizer, has long been known to be a punctual and reliable professional.
Always attracted to the cooking world, as a little girl she moved her first steps into the most classical way of cooking thanks to her home cook.
During her studies in Architecture, she continues attending cooking courses following her true passion.
In the ‘90s, she moves to the United States for a certain period, from New York to Los Angeles, and there she starts working in the field. After working in the kitchen of famous Italian restaurant in Los Angeles, thanks to the suggestion of some customers of the restaurant, she finally understands how well an Italian “Chef at home” service could have worked. So, always accompanied by a high-level and lovable service, she starts organizing a few small “Chef at home” dinners for some customers who really appreciate high-quality Italian cooking.
Once back in Verona, she decides to go ahead with her own catering organization business.
